Hi! I’m Sarah Wilbanks, a professional dog groomer since 2019. I graduated from the Academy of Dog Grooming Arts in May 2019 and have worked at Bark Ave. and The Paw Spa Elite — both in-salon and mobile grooming. In June 2022, I followed my dream and launched Love It Ruff, offering personalized grooming services based on love and care for dogs. Thank you for being here!

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 10 AM – 8 PM House-Call Appointments on Thursdays: 9 AM – 4 PM
Melissa’s Hours (1-on-1 Grooming)
Monday – Thursday: 9 AM – 4 PM

I promise to do my best with every groom. If you're ever unsatisfied, please let me know before leaving the appointment — I don’t offer refunds once the appointment ends.
Grooming Services & Policy
Home-Based Grooming
- One on one care — No cages or kennels.
- Appointments last 1–2 hours.
- Pickup must occur within 15 minutes of being contacted post grooming to avoid a $10 per 15 minutes late fee.
House Call Grooming
- Must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Allow a 30-minute window for arrival.
- Please provide a space with outlet access (bathroom, garage, utility room, etc.).
- If no water source is available, I’ll bring my own.
- $30 house call fee per dog, in addition to regular grooming rates.
Payment & Vaccination
Accepted payments: Cash or Credit Card via Square Invoice (+3% CC fee)

Important Policies
- Late arrivals (15+ min) must reschedule and pay 50% of the quoted rate before booking a new appointment.
- No call/no shows must pay for the entire missed appointment before rebooking.
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations to avoid charges.
- Communication is key! Texting is preferred for a quick response.
Extra Charges
- Grooms exceeding 15 minutes over the quoted time may incur additional charges.
- Matting, undercoat removal, and difficult dogs may affect pricing.
